If you have forgotten your password, you can request for a new one at the community login screen by clicking on the "Forgot Password?" button as below:
You will then be prompted to input your email. Please make sure you are entering the email address associated with your SmartUp account.
After clicking on "Confirm", an e-mail with reset instructions will be sent to your inbox. Unfortunately, sometimes the email may be blocked by your Spam filter, so please be sure to check your Spam folder.
If, for any reason you have not received the password reset email or you do not have an email account associated with your profile, please get in touch with your community admin or the SmartUp support team (email@example.com) and we will be happy to assist you further.
