As a channel manager
To become a channel manager, you must contact your community admin who will grant you management rights for the requested channel(s).
To see what channels you are part of and which channels you manage, click on the "Browse Channels" section on the left side of the screen.
A list of the channels you are a member of will be displayed, as shown below. You will also be able to see which channels you are currently managing.
In order to view the Channel Management tabs , go to the channel that you would like to manage and click on "Manage" .
From this dropdown menu, you will be able to:
- Review and publish content and course submissions
- Manage channel members and user roles
- Manage existing content
- Create and manage Streams
- Edit channel settings
As an admin
Admins can access and manage existing channels by accessing the Admin Area in 'Manage Community' and by clicking on the Manage Channels option.
Here you will be able to see all the channels currently live in your community. By clicking on the cog you will be able to see the channel, join the channel as a member or join the channel as a manager.
Click on the Go to Channel button to view the channel that you'd like to manage. Here you will have the option to manage the channel, view the content that is currently published in it and to access the leaderboard. To manage the channel, click on the Manage button.
