Community Administrators
To download a report, access the Analytics section from your Community Admin Panel.
To access the reports section, scroll down to the end of the analytics dashboard.
From there, you will be able to download all your reports. There are currently 13 report types available for you to analyze your community in detail. Below is a quick summary of what you can derive from each report type.
- Content Interaction Report - Data for which users have completed (or opened) content and when
- Content Interaction Overview - Data on the total number of content completed (or opened) by each user
- Content Publication Report - Data on content authors and where content has been published
- Course Interaction Report - Data for which users have completed (or opened) courses and when
- Course Publication Report - Data on the course authors and where courses have been published
- Quiz Question Report - Data on quiz questions, including who has read them and the answers given
- Poll Question Report - Data on poll questions, including who has read them and the answers given
- Leaderboard - Learners - Full leaderboard data of everyone in the community
- Channel Assessments Report - Data on assessment completion status in channels
- User Details Report - Contains community member details, including active and inactive status indicated by "t" and "f"
- Learning Path Completion Report - Details on the completion status of learning paths in your community
- Learning Path Creation Report - Data on when learning paths in the community were created and by whom
- Learning Path Assessments Report - Data on assessment completion status in learning paths
After you have chosen the report type, you can filter the data to download. Depending on the report type, the options will vary.
The third step that you will need to do is to choose a date range. A report can be generated for a period of up to 12 months. Note that the User Details Report is based on the latest status of users in the community.
After selecting your filters, you have the option of naming your report under the Report name field. Once this is done click on Generate Report. Your report will be created and stored in the admin panel for 30 days. During this time frame, you have the option to download it as many times as you want.

Channel Managers
As a Channel Manager, you have the option to generate a number of reports related to the channel that you manage. Simply go to the channel, click Manage and select Analytics from the dropdown menu.
