To access SmartUp via the web, you can use Google Chrome, Safari or Internet Explorer (IE) 11 and above. Any Internet Explorer versions before IE 11 are not supported. For best results, we recommend using the most up-to-date version of Google Chrome.
If you are able to log in via the mobile app but not the web, it is likely that your browser is not supported and you should try another one.
If you are unable to log in on the app or web, kindly reset your password via the Forgot password? on the login screen. as it is likely that your account has been locked due to multiple login attempts.
