If you have issues connecting to the SmartUp platform via mobile or PC browser, here are some ways to remedy the situation.
1. Issues Connecting on Mobile
- Check that you are using the most updated version of the SmartUp app
- Check that your mobile operating system is up to date
- Ensure that you have a strong mobile or WiFi connection
2. Issues Connecting using a PC Browser
- Ensure that the community URL is whitelisted (if you are able to login via mobile but not a browser on a corporate machine, there is likely to be an issue with whitelisting)
- If using the Internet Explorer browser, please ensure that the version is Internet Explorer 11 and above
